Acceptance of Terms. By using https://happyheartsdaycaredallas.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes After-School Care, Babysitting Service, Infant Daycare, In-Home Childcare, Nanny Service, School-Age Care, Toddler Childcare provided by Happy Hearts Daycare. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Happy Hearts Daycare or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Happy Hearts Daycare makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Happy Hearts Daycare's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Happy Hearts Daycare against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Happy Hearts Daycare may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
